Medical Assistant/LPN - Primary Care and Urgent Care Full-time/Part-time and Per diem

Pay range: - Hourly $28.02 - $38.77 Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is seeking Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Primary Care or Urgent Care locations in: Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish, Issaquah, Lake Hills and Newcastle locations. Our Medical Assistants and LPNs are a vital part of the patient experience in our clinic. They work with our providers to offer exceptional care for our patients and their families. Daily tasks including rooming patients, triage phone calls, and assisting in coordination of patient care. Schedules Available: Per diem variable days, includes weekends for Urgent Care locations Part-time 32 hours per week/ 8 hour day shifts Part-time 5 hours per week/ day shift Full-time 40 hours per week/ 8 or 10 hour day shifts Qualifications Medical Assistant: High School Diploma or GED required. Graduate of a certified medical assistant program or previous military training/experience that satisfies Washington state standards required. Medical Assistant Certification (MA-C) through WA State DOH required. Current healthcare provider CPR certification required. Excellent customer service and communication skills required. Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred. Licensed Practical Nurse: Graduate of a licensed practical nurse program or previous military training/experience that satisfies Washington state standards required. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) through WA State DOH required. Current healthcare provider CPR certification required. Excellent customer service and communication skills required. Medical Assistant - Urgent Care Float Pool

Pay range: - Hourly $28.02 - $38.77 The Float Pool Medical Assistant provides essential staffing support across Overlake’s outpatient and urgent care services. This position supports multiple Urgent Care clinics and requires travel to locations in Bellevue, Issaquah, Newcastle and Redmond . Float Pool Medical Assistants are cross‑trained to support urgent care, front and back office duties ensuring high-quality patient care and operational continuity. This role is ideal for adaptable, team‑oriented medical assistants who enjoy variety in their work environment. Full-Time / Day, Evenings, Weekends, Holidays Sunday- Saturday / 7am -330pm or 230pm to 1030pm 8-hour /10 - hour shifts (variable start/end times) $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires Float Pool Premium: $2.00/hour in addition to base pay Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required . Graduate of a certified medical assistant program or previous military training/experience that satisfies Washington state standards required . Part-time 0.8 FTE – 32 hours per week Clinic open Monday to Friday / 4 days – 8 hour shift days to be determined Sign on Bonus for new hires Qualifications- Medical Assistant: High School Diploma or GED required. We are looking for a dedicated team member with outstanding clinical skills, who has the ability to multitask, stay organized and deliver excellent care in an efficient and compassionate manner. Our Inpatient Surgery is a 17 suite OR which includes: Ortho, Neuro, Spine, Bariatric, GYN, Robotic, Vascular, Endovascular, Urology, Plastics and General cases. 0.9 FTE (72 hours per biweekly pay period) Weekend / 12 Hour Day Shift Q ualifications Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing required, BSN preferred. Current WA state RN license required. Healthcare provider CPR Certification required. Current experience in the operating room as circulator, with competency in a scrub role preferred.
