Work is performed in a plasma center. -Exposure to biological fluids with potential exposure to infectious organisms. -Exposure to electrical office and laboratory equipment. -Exposure to extreme cold below 32 degrees F while performing functions in plasma freezers. Solid understanding of the requirements for resident assessments and the care planning process. Ability to handle multiple differentiating priorities. Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication with residents, families, and health care team members. Experienced in organizational, time management skills. Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory and management experience. Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications. Demonstrates knowledge of federal, state and local adult care regulations.
