Qualifications: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, or a Professional Registered Nurse as per state regulations Minimum of two (2) years of Licensed Nurse experience required. Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a skilled nursing environment preferred. Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate appropriately. Demonstrated commitment to seniors and person-centered care.
