The Opportunity: Join a family medicine clinic with more than 60 years of history serving the Fairbanks community. The clinic is part of a large multidisciplinary health system and provides care to patients across the full lifespan, from newborns to geriatrics. Our providers manage a broad range of acute concerns as well as ongoing chronic conditions. Practicing at our clinic within a rural health system allows providers to maintain a broad scope of practice and take a more active role in managing complex patient care. The clinic environment is collaborative, with family medicine physicians and advanced practice providers working together to support the needs of the community. Compensation: Starting at a base of $147,112 , compensation can be further adjusted based on experience. Additional opportunity to increase earnings through productivity. $40k sign-on bonus. Schedule: M-F 40 hours per week. 7 weeks ATO and 2 weeks for CME. Team: Works within a care team model, partnering with physicians to manage patient care.
