What you'll do The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Ambulatory Care provides direct and indirect patient care under the direction of the Registered Professional Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician’s Assistant, or Physician. Provides proof of current BLS validation to supervisor. Completes required unit credentialing according to departmental policy Provides to supervisor evidence of completion all required annual training and competency validation Practices within the New York State-defined LPN scope of practice 100% of the time Acquires and maintains current knowledge and skills in his/her area of practice.
