POSITION SUMMARY The Nursing Supervisor & Educator is responsible for the provision of coordinated quality patient care and the development, coordination, and delivery of educational programs. The position also involves direct oversight of Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Aides (PCAs), and nursing staff both in classroom settings and field environments. Educational & Training Duties: Develops, coordinates, facilitates, and implements orientation and ongoing education programs. Designs and implements curriculum for HHAs, PCAs, and nursing staff in compliance with NY State Department of Health standards. Provides classroom and practical instruction. Prepares testing materials to evaluate student performance. Supervises skill performance for PCAs/HHAs. Maintains accurate training and student records.
