As a RN MDS Coordinator your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every patient has an accurate minimum data set (MDS) assessment and work closely with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive plans of care after reviewing the patient’s medical record and communicating with direct care staff, the patient’s physician, and family.
