This role is responsible for coordinating educational programs, training future CNAs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting workforce development initiatives across our healthcare centers. Position Summary The Regional RN serves as a key clinical leader, partnering with facility Directors of Nursing (DONs) and Executive Directors to ensure consistency in clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes across assigned centers.
