Job Summary: Royal Park Health and Rehabilitation is looking for a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to administers prescribed medications to residents and maintains related medical records under supervision of Nurse. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, clinically sound professional, with a passion for providing quality care to the residents we are entrusted to care for. Essential Functions: Verifies identity of resident receiving medication and records name of drug, dosage, and time of administration on specified forms or records. Presents medication to resident and observes ingestion or other application, or administers medication, using specified processes. Takes vital signs Documents reasons prescribed drugs are not administered. Receive supply of ordered medications and apportion, mix, or assemble drugs for administration to resident. Record and restock medication inventories. Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements: Certification in the state of employment as a Certified Nursing Assistant for one year. Successful completion of 80 hours training approved by the State for Certified Medication Assistants. Job Summary Royal Park Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage nursing care delivery to the residents. Oversees other staff members in caring for those residents, follows the plan of care, and performs general nursing duties. Essential Functions: Supervises nursing care to residents Complies with state and Federal Regulations Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Required: Current licensure in the state of employment. Demonstrated knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
