Proficient in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions. Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards residents and their support networks.
