About the Role: As a Wound Care RN or LPN (Licensed Wound Care Professional) , you will be responsible for providing wound care services to our residents, including dressing changes, debridement, and other treatments. You will also be responsible for updating resident records, communicating with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring that all wound care services are provided in accordance with our center's policies and procedures.
