As a per diem CNA, you will be working on-the-road covering the entire state of Rhode Island, providing care to patients in need. About the Role: As a CNA, you will be responsible for performing various services for patients, including personal care needs, vital sign taking, and skin care. You will also be responsible for observing patient conditions, reporting observations, and documenting care performed. As a Hospice RN Case Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the hospice care plan for assigned patients under the direction of the clinical director. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45 to $50, with weekly pay, and travel throughout Rhode Island is required.
