Part-time Hospice RN Case Manager with Athena Hospice of Rhode Island We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Case Manager to join our team. The RN is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the hospice care of assigned patients under the direction of the clinical team. This is an on-the-road position with mileage reimbursement, and you will be required to service the entire state of Rhode Island. Flexible schedule! Job Title: Part-Time RN Case Manager Company: Athena Hospice of Rhode Island Job Summary: Athena Hospice of Rhode Island is seeking a part-time RN Case Manager to join our dedicated team! As a Hospice RN Case Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the hospice care plan for assigned patients under the direction of the clinical director. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45 to $50, with weekly pay, and travel throughout Rhode Island is required.
