Centralus Health System Senior Director of Nursing Finance/Budget Summary : Centralus Health System Senior Director of Nursing Finance and Budget reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officers of Arnot Health System and Cayuga Health System to direct and oversee financial performance and productivity for Patient Care Se rvice Leadership. The role integrate s clinical operations, informatics, technology , and financial systems to identify, collect, process, analyze and manage data and information to drive administrative practice, improve efficiency and enhance productivity in order to improve financial and operational performance. The role requires a complete understanding of factors influencing clinical operations in a health care system, as well as having the subsequent ability to improve service v alue and financial performance across nursing throughout the system.
