Exhava Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring caregivers to provide quality support to older adults in the comfort of their own homes. You will play an important role in helping clients feel safe, comfortable, respected, and supported throughout their daily routines. From assisting with personal care and mobility to preparing meals and providing companionship, your presence can make a meaningful difference in a client's day. If you are available Monday through Friday, enjoy working with older adults, and are comfortable providing personal care, we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities Assist clients with mobility, toileting, bathing, grooming, and other personal care needs, including incontinence care. Monitor client safety and provide companionship and emotional support. Assist clients with daily routines and activities. Prepare meals and provide assistance with feeding and hydration when needed. Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a clean, safe home environment. Document care activities and promptly communicate concerns or changes to the care team. Provide respectful, compassionate care while maintaining client dignity, privacy, and independence. Previous caregiving experience preferred. Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration. Current TB test results or chest X-ray documentation, as required by applicable regulations. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license and active auto insurance, when required for the assignment. Reliable, dependable, and available to work Monday through Friday. Make a Difference Every Day as a Caregiver Exhava Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers to support older adults in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes in the Solana Beach area. If you genuinely enjoy helping others and take pride in providing quality care, this could be a great opportunity for you. Our caregivers play an important role in helping clients maintain their dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life. You will assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, personal care, companionship, meal preparation, errands, and other needs based on their individual care plans. What You'll Do Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility support. Provide personal care with respect, patience, and sensitivity to each client's needs. Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful social interaction. Assist with meal preparation, feeding when needed, and hydration. Maintain a clean and safe home environment, including light housekeeping and linen changes. Assist clients with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation when required. Follow individualized care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the care team. Promote client dignity, comfort, safety, and independence at all times. What We're Looking For We are looking for caregivers who are: Compassionate and patient individuals who genuinely care about helping others. Comfortable and willing to provide personal care, including bathing and toileting assistance. Respectful, gentle, and attentive to client needs. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Strong in communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and professionally. Flexible and adaptable to different clients and home environments. Available to work flexible schedules, including weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings, or overnight shifts as needed. Willing to travel 30+ minutes to work when needed.
