Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical exams and health assessments for patients of all ages. Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions. Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans. Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and laboratory results. Provide health education and counseling to patients and families to promote wellness and disease prevention. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Current and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license. Active certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through an accredited certifying body. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary care or related healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of evidence-based clinical practices and healthcare protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
