Responsibilities: • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. • Transfer patients to and from activities and meals according to their service plans. • Serve meals to patients in the dining room or their apartments. • Record and report changes in patients' eating habits to the supervisor. • Promote quality services within company, state, and federal regulations.
