We are looking for compassionate caring Certified Nursing Assistants to care for our residents. The duties will include giving personal care and provide assistance to residents as needed. Assist resident with daily ADL's with care and compassion and perform duties as assigned by supervisor. Candidate must have a current Certified Nursing Assistant certification. We are offering a sign-on bonus of $4,000.00 for full time, $2,000.00 for part time and weekend warrior $1,500.00 Shifts: 7am-3pm 3pm-11pm 11pm-7am Weekend Warrior Apply Now!! Work to achieve and maintain continuity of resident care by assisting in planning and exchanging information with other health professionals, as well as family members. Provide physical and emotional support to the residents. Observe and report significant changes in resident condition. Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges. Assist Physician and RN in performing specialized procedures. Document changes in condition, physician visits, and provide a monthly summary of resident activities. Respond to emergency situations competently and calmly, exercise appropriate judgment. Provide direct supervision to the nurse aides and assist in planning and coordinating quality care. Complete Incident/Accident Reports as necessary. Provide general individual resident care and treatments.
