Charge Nurse (Primary) Cardiac Progressive Care Unit

SUMMARY: Cardiac Progressive Care team you'll be part of a dedicated group of cardiac-focused professionals caring for patients with heart failure, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, and pre- and post-operative needs after open-heart surgeries. Our team handles a range of cardiac and vascular procedures, including TAVR, mitral clips, ablations, and caths, providing step-down care for moderate-to-high-acuity patients.Our unit is cardiac certified and continuously growing with the recent addition of three new cardiologists and a new cardiothoracic surgeon, introducing fresh techniques and cutting-edge technology. work closely with cardiologists, surgeons, advanced practice providers, cardiac rehab, and other specialists, with daily multidisciplinary meetings that keep you engaged in comprehensive patient care. SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Nurse Director coordinate care provided by the staff for patients and families. EXPERIENCE: Two years of cardiac experience. Nurse Navigator

SUMMARY: SUMMARY: The nurse navigator will handle all new incoming referrals for the cancer center. They will make the first contact with the patient, schedule appointment, order additional testing and prepare the patient information for the providers appointment. The nurse navigator will collaborate with the providers to ensure the patients first appointment is timely, all information is available including outside testing and other needs. Nurse navigators will coordinate hospital follow up appointments and transfer existing patients to other facilities as needed. The nurse navigator will collaborate with the patient along their journey as much as the patient desires to ensure continuity of care and eliminate any barriers to care. The hours of operation for the Park Plaza clinic are Monday-Friday , 8am-5pm . Your primary schedule will be during those hours, with periodic need to work outside your schedule to serve our patients. What does an RN do? RN-Perioperative - PACU

You will provide expert postanesthesia care for patients recovering from a diverse range of procedures. From quick outpatient surgeries to complex, high-risk cases, our PACU nurses are vital in ensuring patients smooth recovery and safe transition to their next phase of care, whether it's inpatient, outpatient discharge, or critical care.
