Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay ($16.00-$21.00 an hour) Pay may vary by location, level of training and type of shift 24/7 office staff support Mobile clock in/out PPE (personal protective equipment) provided Ongoing PAID training and development through our online learning system On-the-job training Paid travel time Recognition, celebrations, and stellar team interactions! Responsibilities: Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Take clients on walks, trips to social events or medical appointments, assistance with hobbies, or run an errand Perform light housekeeping Performs personal care activities contained in a written assignment by the Supervisor which includes but is not limited to, assisting the client with activities of daily living, such as: · Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, skin and hair) · Ambulation · Eating · Dressing · Shaving · Meal Preparation (No worries - you don’t need to be a gourmet chef) Maintain accurate care records Communicate with the care team Working Environment: Primarily works in client’s place of residence; travel may be required. Shift times and days vary with client needs.
