Caregiver (Care Partner) Unique Care for Unique Needs At Village Green, we do things a little differently—and we’re proud of that. We are a small, boutique-style memory care community focused on creating a true home for our residents, not just a place to live. Our team is hands-on, our leadership is present, and our care is deeply personal. We’re looking for caregivers who genuinely care —the kind of people who show up with heart, patience, and a willingness to make someone’s day better. What you’ll be doing: As a Care Partner, you’ll be part of our universal worker model—meaning you’ll be involved in all aspects of daily life in the home: Assisting residents with daily care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.) Supporting residents during meals and helping create a family-style dining experience Light housekeeping to keep our home clean and comfortable Engaging residents in meaningful activities and conversations Being present, attentive, and kind—this is the most important part What we’re looking for: A compassionate, patient, and dependable person Someone who takes pride in their work and shows up for their team Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed Experience in caregiving or memory care is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person Why Village Green?
