Scope Of Position The Manager of Clinical Operations is responsible for the coordination and deployment of nursing care resources for the Operating Room. Direct reports include: RNs, CSTs, and Surgical Assistants. Provides support and directs the Operating Room staff in the clinical area to optimize the care delivery process and patient flow. Works collaboratively with the staff to ensure delivery of quality patient care. Acts as a clinical expert. Responsibilities Fosters a commitment within the operating room suites towards excellence, caring, cooperation, and collaboration to meet the needs of patients presenting for surgery or procedures.
