RN Full-time
The Registered Nurse (RN) works under the direction of the Team Leader and is accountable to the Director of Nursing. The RN uses clinical judgment skills to diagnose and treat patient responses to actual or potential health conditions. Assesses monitors, detects, plans and takes appropriate action to prevent potential physiological complications and promotes optimal level of health. Provides medication administration, treatments, and supervision of CENAs performing ADLs. Accountable for integrating care within scope of practice licensure, relevant education and experience. Collaborates with the Care Coordinators, Team Leaders and other team members to ensure communication and timely updates on resident’s change in conditions. Utilizes Policies and Procedures to guide job duties. We do 12 hours shifts from 6:30am-7pm and 6:30pm-7am. We are currently hiring for both shifts, Full and Part Time.

• Completes 100% of training, in-service, Do-it Groups (DIGs) and Just Do It (JDI) requirements established by MNM and by any professional or licensing organizations.* 
• Collaborates with other members of the health care team to develop, implement, and evaluate an individualized written plan of care based upon a physiological, psychosocial, spiritual assessment consistent with patient/significant other’s changing needs & goals. 
• Completes Medication Administration and Treatments per physician orders and State and Federal Guidelines, utilizing proper infection control and safety measures. 
• Seeks life-long learning through certification, advanced practice, higher education, and literature review. 
• Demonstrates leadership through sharing of knowledge, being a clinical resource, and professional role model. 
• Supervises CENAs to ensure patients receive ADLs according to plan of care. Demonstrates effective communication through collegial relationships and interdisciplinary communication. 
• Demonstrates enhanced time management skills and ability to assist others in order to contribute to overall performance of the team. 
• Performs other duties consistent with purpose of job as directed by general and unit-specific competency- based objectives
