Job Description About the Role As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, you will provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Along with ensuring a safe and sterile environment in the operating room, you will prepare patients for surgery and assist the surgical team. Finally, you will monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide crucial support during the recovery phase. Reports change in a resident’s condition to the resident’s nurse and supervisor Qualifications What’s Required High school education or equivalent preferred. Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State of Michigan, or completion of a State-approved training program one (1) month of hire and certification acquired within 4 months of hire as required by the state.
