The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, collaborate effectively with the Interdisciplinary Team, and ensure accurate, timely completion of all MDS assessments and related documentation. Currently hiring for Full Time Employment Key Responsibilities: Schedule, coordinate, and ensure the timely completion of all MDS assessments using PointClickCare (PCC) . Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements related to the MDS process.
