Night Shift Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN)

Phoenix Health Services, a family-owned skilled nursing facility, is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN) to lead our overnight team and ensure residents receive exceptional care throughout the night. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support night shift clinical staff (STNAs and nurses)

  • Ensure resident safety, comfort, and proper documentation overnight

  • Respond to emergencies, assess resident status, and contact providers as needed

  • Perform routine nursing duties, including med passes and wound checks

  • Oversee admissions or discharges that occur overnight

  • Communicate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth transition

Pay & Schedule

  • Pay range: (based on license and experience)

  • Shift: Overnight

  • Schedule: Full-time

Qualifications

  • Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio

  • Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing strongly preferred

  • Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience is a plus

  • BLS/CPR certification

  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and documentation skills
