Responsibilities

Supervise and support night shift clinical staff (STNAs and nurses)
Ensure resident safety, comfort, and proper documentation overnight
Respond to emergencies, assess resident status, and contact providers as needed
Perform routine nursing duties, including med passes and wound checks
Oversee admissions or discharges that occur overnight
Communicate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth transition

Schedule: Full-time

Qualifications

Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing strongly preferred
Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience is a plus
BLS/CPR certification
Strong leadership, critical thinking, and documentation skills
