Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, feeding, medication reminders

  • Ensure patient safety and well-being: follow care plans

  • Promote independence: assist with light housekeeping, errands, and social interaction

  • Maintain accurate documentation: adhere to HIPPA guidelines

  • Meet all training and certification requirements.

Requirements:

  • 18+ years old with valid driver's license & auto insurance

  • Strong work ethic, compassion, and reliability

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to follow instructions and document care meticulously

  • Prefer minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Activity Aide

We are looking for a Full and Part time Activity Aide to Join our Team!! The Activity Aide assists the Activity Director in carrying out a planned activity program for residents. Maintains records, transports residents to and from activities. Performs varied clerical and department maintenance functions. The person holding this position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures. Job Responsibilities • Aides assist the recreational activities leader or activities director, helping patients or participants use equipment and supplies. Activities may include arts and crafts, outdoor activities, sports, music or drama. • Prepares equipment and ensures the safety of patients or participants in the activity. • Assist in leading the participants in group activities, such as an exercise class or art project. • Proper record keeping of equipment and its use. • Assist in planning programs for residents, which can help to provide socialization, relaxation and exercise.
