Caregiver Salary:
$19.65/hr
$255.45/day for a 3-day live in
$280/day for a 4-day live in

Job Type: Full Time or Part Time

Caregiver Shifts Available: morning, afternoons, evenings, overnights, live-ins and more!

Caregiver Qualifications:

-2 years of recent professional elderly caregiving experience if not certified

-Already living in the Westchester/Bronx area

-HHA/PCA/CNA certified (MUST be current)- preferred
-Authorized to work in the US, or have a work permit
-Reliable Transportation
-Covid vaccinated (preferred)
-18+ years of age

-Conversationally fluent in English

-Valid Driver's License (preferred)

Caregiver Daily activities performed (but are not limited to):
-Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding)
-Housekeeping (dishes, vacuuming, laundry, changing linens, etc.)
-Ambulation/transfers
-Medication reminders
-Maintaining client reports

Right at Home South Shore Long Island is searching for a companion caregiver to work with in Garden City, NY! The position does require pet care (cat). You must be comfortable with changing cat litter, feeding the cat, washing the cat's bowls, etc. We are looking for a caregiver that enjoys conversations, is an independent thinker, good listener and can keep the client engaged and stimulated.
