Position Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our exceptional care team. As a CNA at Seymour Rehab and Healthcare Center, you'll play a key role in supporting residents' daily needs and helping maintain the high standards that earned us our 5-star rating.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility

  • Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional condition

  • Support residents' dignity, comfort, and well-being at all times

  • Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Requirements:

  • Current Texas CNA certification

  • Compassionate attitude and strong work ethic

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and take direction

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required
