CNA Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and other resident information
Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team
Assist with restorative care and daily activities
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Support and collaborate with nurses and fellow caregivers

Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania CNA certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Graduate of an accredited CNA training program
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
Compassionate attitude and strong teamwork skills
