About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Calvert Manor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
• Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:
