About the Role:

As a Caregiver, you'll provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management. You'll also engage with our clients, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to clients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)
• Assist with medication management, including administration and monitoring
• Engage with clients to promote socialization, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence, compassion, and respect for each client
