Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at Orrville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, a 88-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Orrville, Ohio. Our team is committed to providing individualized, compassionate, and innovative healthcare services that inspire each Resident to achieve the full and meaningful life they desire.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to Residents in our skilled nursing facility
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each Resident
Monitor and report changes in Resident status and condition to the healthcare team
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality and coordinated care

Requirements:

Current LPN/RN licensure in the state of Ohio (Preferred)
1 year of nursing experience (Preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
