About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Nursing Unit Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our nursing unit, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.

• Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, monitoring patient outcomes and implementing changes to improve our care.
• Accountability: Ensure that our unit is in compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Medicare and Joint Commission standards.
