Responsibilities include:

  • Observing patients, charting, and reporting changes in patients conditions

  • Answering patients calls and determining how to assist them

  • Providing basic patient care or treatments

  • Working as part of a healthcare team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and implement interventions

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma is required.

Our Med/Surg Observation Unit is a fast paced 24 bed telemetry/medical-surgical unit. Common problems seen in our unit include chest pain, syncope, congestive heart failure, pneumonia, and diabetes.
