Your Role

As a CNA/HHA, you are a primary support provider to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Daily Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
Assist with mobility and safe transfers
Observe and report changes in condition
Follow care plans and documentation procedures
Provide companionship and emotional support
Work closely with nurses and care team

This role focuses on dignity, respect, and meaningful interaction — not rushed task-only care.

Qualifications

Active Massachusetts CNA or HHA certification (required)
Assisted living, home care, or long-term care experience preferred
Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset
Compassionate and resident-focused approach
