Your Role

As a CNA/HHA, you are a primary support provider to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

  • Assist with mobility and safe transfers

  • Observe and report changes in condition

  • Follow care plans and documentation procedures

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Work closely with nurses and care team

This role focuses on dignity, respect, and meaningful interaction — not rushed task-only care.

Qualifications

  • Active Massachusetts CNA or HHA certification (required)

  • Assisted living, home care, or long-term care experience preferred

  • Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset
