Are you a strategic, collaborative, and forward-thinking nursing leader looking to make a broad impact in an academic outpatient setting? In this key leadership role, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, Licensed Nursing Assistants, and Patient Care Assistants. Additionally, you will collaborate with a Clinical Nurse Leader to lead quality and process improvement efforts, and with a Nursing Educator to support staff onboarding, continuing education, and competency development.

If you're ready to lead with purpose, empower clinical teams, and help shape the future of primary care in an innovative academic health system—we encourage you to apply and be part of something meaningful.
