Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Shift: Full Time and Part Time 7a-3p
Sign on Bonus- $6200
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and support daily clinical operations within our skilled nursing facility. This role ensures residents receive quality care in accordance with established standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor, record, and report changes in resident condition
Document assessments and care provided in the electronic medical record
Assist residents with daily needs as appropriate
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards
Support the nursing team to ensure consistent, high‑quality care delivery
Qualifications
Current LPN license in the state of employment
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
Strong communication and clinical skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Detail‑oriented with effective time‑management skills
Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
EMR experience preferred but not required
