Job Summary:

Midwest Heart and Vascular is seeking an advanced practice provider to work at our Kansas City, Kansas location. 

Qualified Candidates:
  • Ideal candidate will have cardiology  experience 
  • Support physicians in the inpatient care units
  • Will independently conduct post-hospital visits, specific to heart failure, and post clinic visits.
  • Will work 4/10 hour shifts with a flexible day off during the week
  • Masters of Science in Nursing required, ability to obtain Missouri licensure
