This position offers full clinical autonomy in an Independent Practice Model , covering First Call (In-House 24 Hour) shifts every other weekend. Compensation & Benefits: $5,560 - $5,800 per shift (Based on experience | Inclusive of call stipend) Competitive Pay: Premium rate for independent, in-house call coverage.
