Qualification:

- Must have HCA License and be Registered with the State of California

- Minimum one (1) year previous child and/or adult care experience

- Passionate about working with children and families

- Must be 18 years or older

- Adult, Infant, and Pediatric CPR / First Aid Required (BLS preferred)

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Have the opportunity to care for children of multiple families in your area.
• You will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children under your care
• Care for children in their homes
• Nurture, engage, and prioritize the safety of the children in your care while ensuring a fun and interactive experience
• Abide by and follow the schedule and rules set forth by parents
• Perform light household duties, as related to tidying and cleaning up after the children.
• For adults, providing assistance to our clients with ADLs, personal care, light housekeeping, errands, mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders and companionship

    Location –We hate commuting too—and we’ll do our best to match you to clients as close to you as possible and pay travel allowances on a case by case basis.
