We seek a passionate and motivated OccupationalTherapist or Registered Nurse to join our growing homecare team. As a supervisor, you will:

-Ensure senior citizens’ success by providing caregiver supervision and on-site training and support

-Develop plans of care working with clients, families, discharge planners, and hospice agencies, and revise them in response to changes in status

-Work with seniors to identify their care needs and understand how homecare may help them live safely, comfortably, and with dignity

-Identify opportunities to improve and influence the care delivered by the team

-Work closely with a dedicated team to carry out our mission of improving the lives of those we serve.

Qualifications

  • · Current unencumbered Occupational Therapy or Registered Nurse License.
  • · Computer fluency
  • · Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates considered if confident and capable). 
  • · Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • · Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the MetroWest area
  • · Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • · Homecare experience is preferred but not required.
