Job Summary

Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, a premier provider of rehabilitation and skilled nursing care, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team of caregivers. As a CNA with Unity, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients, providing assistance with daily living activities, and promoting a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses and therapists
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
  • Assist with mealtime and hydration, ensuring patient comfort and dignity
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements

  • Current Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
  • 1 year of experience as a CNA
  • Ability to work weekends only, with varied shifts from 7a-3:30p
