Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Miami, Florida. Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with mobility and transfers
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Assist with feeding, toileting, and incontinence care as needed
• Participate in activities and programs to enhance residents' quality of life and well-being

Requirements:

• Must be a certified CNA with a current certification
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
