Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full Time

Mountainview Healthcare Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our outstanding nursing team!

? Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes to the RN or physician
Collaborate with CNAs and other nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
Uphold infection control and facility policies to ensure a safe environment

✅ Requirements:

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (in good standing)
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Dedication to delivering exceptional resident-centered care
