Caregiver Responsibilities:

As a caregiver with Right at Home Nashville, you will assist clients with daily activities such as mobility, housekeeping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication reminders, and more. Your role may also include providing companionship and support during appointments and errands.

Caregiver Requirments:

Some caregiving experience preferred
High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
Ability to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
Pass a background check.
CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred but not required.

Client Requires: CPR and First Aid certification and training are required. Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking a professional, well-groomed, educated, and experienced male caregiver to support a client overnight. This role is ideal for someone with strong memory care instincts who can provide calm structure, safety supervision, personal care, and companionship while maintaining the client’s dignity and comfort. The right caregiver will be steady, patient, and confident supporting dementia/Alzheimer’s-related needs such as confusion, nighttime restlessness, anxiety, and sundowning. The client responds positively to music, so candidates who can incorporate music appropriately to promote calm and connection are strongly preferred.
