Applicant Minimum Requirements:

18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Valid Driver's License (no I.D. cards)
Valid Automobile Liability Insurance
Working vehicle to get to/from assigned visits
Ability to Lift 25 lbs.
Personal or professional experience.
