About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our per diem team in Paragon, IN. As a Caregiver with Altra Homecare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility

  • Developing strong relationships with clients and their families, communicating effectively and addressing their needs and concerns

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client care, including medication administration and treatment plans

  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
