  • Transcribe physicians’ orders to MAR’s.
  • Notify pharmacy of new orders.
  • Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician
  • Other duties as directed by charge nurse, director of nursing, and Administrator

Requirements for a (LPN)

  • Must have a valid NJ (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse license
  • Must have sensitivity and compassion to the elderly and pediatric populations

Job description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our Social Service Health Care Team. As a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care and coordinating services for the people we support. Your expertise in managed care, patient assessment, and medical terminology will be essential in ensuring the well-being of our patients.
