Conduct resident assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to meet resident needs.
Continuously evaluate the quality of care provided to residents and make necessary adjustments.
Administer oral medications, subcutaneous, intramuscular injections, and intravenous medications accurately.
Monitor residents for side effects of medications and promptly report any problems or symptoms to the Nurse Manager or Supervisor.
Provide supervision and guidance to nurse aides to ensure resident care is delivered effectively and according to standards.

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid LPN certification in PA
2+ years experience in LTC/SNF setting
