Qualifications/Requirements:

Current Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in State of New York or pending Certification
Demonstrable customer service skills and desire to be a part of a skilled nursing/rehab senior care community
Ability to assist with activities of daily living of residents
Desire to serve as a visible and productive member of the Crest Manor “family” including providing excellent customer service and care to the Crest Manor residents, their families, guests & visitors
Ability to observe, monitor, document, and report to supervisor LPN/RN any change in resident status
Must be able to work as a team member and take direction from LPNs and RNs
